Entrance Hall
It is the front entrance which defines much of the charm and character of the house with its bespoke, arched wooden door leading to the vestibule with parquet flooring, coat rack, gothic-style arched double-glazed window to the side with central heating radiator and complementary cover beneath.
A further arch leads to the entrance hall with telephone point and 2 electrical sockets and a further central heating radiator with complementary cover.
To the left a 180 degree turning staircase leads upstairs while on the right an oak partially glazed door leads to the lounge.
The staircase has a cupboard underneath which houses the modern gas central heating boiler and house electric services with plenty of room to store everyday items.
Halfway up the stairs is another full height wooden sealed unit double-glazed window and the upstairs landing has an exposed wooden beam.
